About Me
Glasgow-based and in the final stages of Hypno-CBT training, I’m building a practice that blends psychological clarity with the grounded realism that comes from decades in Linux and open-source engineering. No mystique, no theatrics — just steady work and a calm approach.
My interests include resilience, neuropsychology, contemplative practice and the ways people grow through adversity. I prefer communities where people show up with honesty instead of performance, and I tend to work in a quiet, reflective style.
Therapy Practice
I’m developing a privacy-focused therapy platform and Hypno-CBT practice at therapy.narian.org.uk . It’s powered by Django, PostgreSQL and Docker, and currently runs on hardware under my desk while development continues — so brief outages can happen.
